Real projects.
Measured results.
Participants in the my-ads seminar program apply search engine ranking techniques to genuine websites - not sandboxes. The work collected here spans keyword architecture, GA4 event tracking, and structured content audits, all completed during or shortly after the program.
Projects from the current cohort
Each submission below was evaluated against a defined rubric covering technical SEO, Google Analytics 4 implementation, and content structure. The goal is practical output, not theoretical exercises.
GA4 Event Schema for a Local Retailer
Theodora Vance mapped a full Google Analytics 4 event taxonomy for a Kauai gift shop, replacing Universal Analytics goals with custom event parameters and conversion paths.
Long-tail Cluster Map for a Service Business
Rafaelo Birk built a keyword cluster model grouping 340 queries by search intent, then validated the structure using GA4 acquisition reports to check alignment with actual traffic sources.
Structured Content Audit with Ranking Gap Analysis
Priya Nambiar audited 80 pages of a hospitality website, categorizing each by ranking position and content depth. Recommendations were tied to specific GA4 engagement metrics per page.
Internal Link Architecture Redesign
Oskar Lindqvist restructured the internal linking of a blog with over 200 posts, using crawl data alongside Google Analytics 4 path exploration to identify underperforming entry points.
What participants said about the work
Setting up GA4 properly took longer than I expected - the event model is genuinely different from what I was used to. The project forced me to think carefully about what a conversion actually means before touching any settings.
Google Analytics 4Clustering keywords by intent sounds straightforward until you actually do it. Validating the clusters against GA4 acquisition data showed me where my assumptions about user intent were wrong - that was the most useful part.
Keyword clusteringThe content audit was more technical than I anticipated. Pulling engagement time and scroll depth from GA4 and mapping it to individual pages gave me a much clearer picture of which content actually holds attention versus which just gets crawled.
Content analysisWhat these projects are actually for
The projects on this page are not portfolio pieces designed to impress. They are working documents - the kind of analysis you would hand to a client or a team. The seminar structure at my-ads is built around this distinction: output that could be used, not just submitted.

Applied GA4 measurement
Every project that involves tracking is built on Google Analytics 4 - not hypothetical setups, but live properties with real data flowing through event parameters.
Documented decision-making
Each submission includes a rationale section explaining why specific search engine ranking techniques were chosen over alternatives - reviewers evaluate reasoning, not just output.
Peer critique sessions
Projects are reviewed in structured group sessions where participants question each other's methodology. Disagreements about approach are part of the process.
Measured against real benchmarks
Ranking and traffic changes are tracked over a follow-up period. Results vary - some projects show movement within weeks, others take longer, and that variability is discussed openly.
